The OW2 2016 annual conference theme is Code to Product: Addressing the delivery challenge of open source software.
The conference explores what software requires to become an actual product.
Presentations shows the maturity of open source software while success stories demonstrates its capability to address the needs of real enterprises.
Highlights of the conference include:

- Keynote presentations by Craig Box of Google on Kubernetes and by David Wheeler of the Institute for Defense Analyses on the Linux Foundation's CII Best Practices Badge program,
- A special session and roundtable on open source software quality and market readiness
